We’ve been doing a fair amount of work on one of the world’s best Open Source Content Management Systems – Joomla off late and thought it would be a nice idea to share this piece that we’ve done for one of our Australian clients.
Oceania Sea Products Pty Ltd. – a leading importor and distributor of sea food in Australia wanted their website done on a reliable content management system along with an e-commerce store.
Having understood the benefits of open source technologies, they decided to embrance Joomla as their content management system. For the e-commerce component, we’ve used Virtumart which is built on the Joomla platform.
You can take a look at the OSP site here. Like stated above its built on Joomla and Virtumart is used for e-commerce. We’ve integrated Adobe Flash on the homepage to give it a very ’sea’ like look and feel.
